Neil J. Kiely is President and CEO of Androscoggin Bank, a community bank headquartered in Lewiston, Maine. In addition to leading the bank’s overall strategy and growth, he helped establish Portland Trust Company, an affiliate specializing in trust and wealth management services, where he continues to serve on the Board. He serves as a Founding Board Member of IFTANA, bringing his experience in banking, law, and renewable energy to the association's work of building a durable institutional home for Islamic finance in North America.
Neil’s professional background spans banking, law, entrepreneurship, renewable energy, and real estate development. His cross-sector range informs both his strategic outlook and his ability to identify emerging institutional opportunities. Before his role as the chief executive at Androscoggin Bank, he served on its Board of Directors for five years as part of its long-term succession process. Earlier in his career, he worked with First Wind LLC, where he led large-scale wind and solar energy development projects across New England.
