Brought together by Islamic Finance News (IFN) on June 16th 2026 in New York, IFTANA’s reveal saw through the strong presence and advocacy by leaders from Banking, Law, Wealth Management, Fintech, and most importantly academia and startup community to deliberate upon the future of Islamic Finance in North America. With this context in sight, IFTANA got to meet the public eye formally as a platform to advance Ethical Finance in North America by always strengthening the foundational ethos of the industry through research, cross-sharing of publications, an engagement which cuts across industries to bring out the best in terms of Islamic finance solutions, structure to the edifice, and the necessary governance to navigate through the waters of regulatory compliance and legal frameworks.
Clearly more than a launch event: the conversations emphasized on the significance of Islamic Finance Industry entering a new phase. To be or not to be is not a question anymore, Islamic Finance in North America has a market which exists; the question of the day is: how all and sundry who matter in this domain come together to capitalize on the opportunity to the advantage of the cause.
